DivMed Skin Clinic hopes that you are happy with your purchase. However according to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to a 14 day cooling off period. This means that you can return any products purchased online so long as they are unopened, unused and in the condition in which you received them within 14 days of your order being made. Should product/s arrive damaged or faulty, we will replace or exchange the product/s when you contact us about the issue within 7 days of receiving your package. Any products you wish to return, whether it is within the 14 day cooling off period or if they are faulty or damaged, must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery. Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. We suggest you send them a registered post to ensure they arrive safely. Returned items should be shipped to: DivMed Skin Clinic, St Helen’s, Meath Road, Bray, Co Wicklow, A98Y8X9.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only to the monetary value of the goods returned to us, not including shipping.
